Cécile Pudebat

Cécile Pudebat is an associate of the Ogletree Deakins Paris office. She advises French companies and French subsidiaries of international groups on individual and collective issues and assists clients with ongoing daily business issues. In particular, she regularly assists clients on issues related to working time, negotiation of termination packages, individual and collective dismissals, management of employee representative bodies and unions, and drafting of collective bargaining agreements.

  • Assisting companies on issues related to the implementation of the CSE (assisting companies in the organization of elections as well as information and consultation of the CSE, drafting of CSE agreements);
  • Drafting and review of Rules of Procedure, Code of Conduct and various policies for major international groups.
