François Millet

François Millet is a partner in the Paris office. He advises French and international companies and groups, particularly in the wholesale trade, telecoms, utilities and waste management sectors, on all their employment law matters. In particular, he has extensive experience in both corporate and sector-specific collective bargaining, professional training, restructuring and individual and collective litigation.

François teaches labor law as part of Master 2 Droit et pratiques des relations du travail (Work relations: laws and pracices) (Université Paris II panthéon-Assas).

Before joining Ogletree Deakins, François built up a strong experience within renowned teams of international business law firms (Freshfields, CMS Francis Lefebvre and DLA Piper) before creating Neo Avocats, a law firm dedicated to employment law.
