A graduate of the Master 2 in Labor Law (JDS) program at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Audrey Bento has a solid background in labor law, complemented by extensive experience in both the corporate sector and law firms.
Throughout her career, she has advised HR and labor relations teams on issues related to individual and collective labor law, particularly regarding disciplinary proceedings, termination of employment contracts, labor disputes, and collective bargaining. She has also helped draft legal opinions, collective agreements, legal memos, and training materials.
As a trainee attorney at the École de Formation professionnelle des Barreaux de la Cour d’appel de Paris (EFB), she joined Ogletree Deakins for her final internship, where she works on both advisory and litigation matters.
Currently awaiting her swearing-in, Audrey has continued to work as a legal professional at Ogletree Deakins since completing her internship.
Audrey is bilingual in French and English.
