Clara Bles joined Ogletree Deakins as a lawyer in the Employment Law Practice Group in June 2026.
Admitted to the Bar since 2021, she advises and represents French and international companies on the full spectrum of employment law matters, both in advisory and litigation contexts, covering individual and collective employment relations.
She is particularly involved in reorganization projects involving collective redundancies for economic reasons and collective mutual termination agreements.
She also assists companies with the negotiation and drafting of collective bargaining agreements, as well as the organization and management of employee representative elections. In addition, she represents employers before labor and civil courts and provides day-to-day advice on employment law issues, including individual and collective dismissals, discrimination, harassment, workplace health and safety, and employment-related criminal law matters.
