Nicole Goulard joined Ogletree Deakins as a partner on January 1, 2024. She is a tax lawyer. She heads the tax and compensation practice.
Over the course of her nearly 30-year career, she has developed in-depth expertise in corporate governance, executive compensation, employee share ownership, and management packages for large French and international groups, both listed and unlisted. She also advises companies and their executives on the tax and social security aspects of international mobility issues.
She assists companies in France and abroad with designing and implementing their employee share ownership plans and compensation and employee savings plans.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1997, she practiced as a partner in a large international law firm for nearly 15 years. She then worked at several French law firms before founding her own practice. She is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and holds a Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University. She is a member of the IACF (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux) and regularly lectures in various Master’s programs.
