Ogletree Deakins continues its growth trajectory and commitment to developing internal talent with the appointment of Amélie Fiamma as Of Counsel and the promotion of three senior associates – Eric de Laboulaye, Thibaud Lauxerois and Jérôme Verneret – effective January 2026.

Amélie Fiamma works alongside Nicole Goulard on complex matters involving international tax, employee share schemes and management incentive plans. She advises French and international groups on the implementation of compensation schemes for executives and employees. She also provides advice on tax issues related to international mobility of individuals and their assets, in particular Exit Tax matters.

Three associates have also been promoted to the position of senior associate. Eric de Laboulaye joined the firm in 2022, Thibaud Lauxerois has been with Ogletree Deakins since 2019, and Jérôme Verneret joined the firm in 2018.
