Alexandre Abitbol, a partner at Ogletree Deakins since 2022, advises French and international groups on individual and collective matters, mainly in connection with restructuring and litigation.
He advises companies on internal investigations, working time, collective bargaining, management of staff representatives and trade unions, collective redundancies and staff transfers.
He holds a certificate of specialization in labor law and is a former labor court judge who served for eight years at the Nanterre Labor Court.
Alexandre Abitbol regularly lectures on labour law at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and gives workshops for ANDRH, AFJE and IDS as well as sessions for the Club du Droit Social.
