Amélie Fiamma is a senior lawyer in the Tax and Compensation Department at Ogletree Deakins in Paris.

Admitted to the bar in 2016, she has nearly ten years of experience working with leading tax law firms and possesses solid technical expertise in international taxation and share-based compensation.

Amélie advises both listed and unlisted companies on designing, implementing, and adapting employee share ownership plans, stock options, bonus shares, warrants, carried interest, and management packages in the context of leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and owner buyouts (OBOs).

Amélie also assists international groups with the legal and tax structuring of compensation and benefits for their mobile employees. Her expertise in both international mobility and employee share ownership makes her a preferred partner for companies seeking cross-border solutions. She advises executives and senior managers on exit tax issues.

She began her career at EY Société d’Avocats before joining CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats and working alongside Nicole Goulard since 2019. In January 2024, she joined OGLETREE DEAKINS.
