Caroline Donetti joined Ogletree Deakins as an employment lawyer in 2023.
She has extensive experience in advising on employment law, in particular on issues related to collective labour relations (social dialogue, management of employee representative bodies, collective bargaining) as well as on individual issues.
She also advises national and international companies on restructuring issues, in particular on closures, mergers and transfers.
Caroline is also involved in litigation.
