Karin has been a lawyer since 2008 and she became Partner of Ogletree Deakins in 2022.

Karin Dulac assists her clients in all aspects of employment law. She has extensive experience in high-stakes restructuring cases (mutual termination collective agreement (RCC), collective agreement modifying employment contracts (APC), downsizing plan (PSE), site closures, job and competency management and planning project (GEPP), small-scale collective redundancies) enabling each company to adapt its workforce to the desired strategic directions, market constraints or potential economic difficulties encountered and the renegotiation of collective statutes following reorganization operations.

She has also developed a particular expertise in the field of equal treatment and discrimination and regularly represents her clients in the context of sensitive litigation in this respect, but also in the consulting phase, particularly in the context of the implementation of the gender equality index and the corrective measures to be implemented.

Karin frequently intervenes in “work-related accidents” and “occupational diseases” cases to assist companies in their relations with the Social Security Authorities (CPAM or CRRMP) or to represent them before the courts in the litigation phase.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins in 2018, she spent 10 years at Proskauer Rose LLP.

She also intervenes in conferences, workshops and round-tables focused on current labour law issues.
