• Assisting a European retailer and a number of technology and digital companies with their day-to-day labour law issues:
  – Management of their various individual disputes and representation before the courts,
  – Liaising with their elected representatives and trade union representatives
  – Drafting or reviewing their internal policies on reimbursement of expenses, working hours, company cars, etc.
  – Reviewing their employment contracts,
  – Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements
• Assisting a European retailer with a reorganisation plan in France (analysis of different solutions / strategic meetings for arbitration / implementation of the chosen reorganisation project)
• Representation of a pharmaceutical laboratory in several sensitive disputes with managers
• Drafting and reviewing variable remuneration plans
• Assisting with the closure of several companies in France and the reorganisation of a company (relocation, outsourcing of part of the business, voluntary redundancy plan and mass redundancies, etc.)
• Management of disciplinary procedures within a retail company and subsequent litigation
• Establishment of employee representative bodies (CSE) and training of elected members of these bodies
• Drafting collective agreements, charters on teleworking or the right to disconnect
• Drafting employment contracts
• Investigations of harassment and discrimination
• Day-to-day assistance to a French property developer, including negotiations, assistance with reorganisation projects, etc.
• Assisting industrial and banking companies with reorganisation plans in France (RCC, PSE, etc.)
• Assisting several digital companies in the establishment and calculation of their equality indices
• Litigation relating to expatriation and international mobility situations
• Assisting an e-commerce company with a URSSAF audit
