Marie Paulin

A lawyer since January 2018, she began her career at Ogletree Deakins in July 2017, practising first at the Paris Bar and then at the Nantes Bar, where she heads the firm’s secondary office opened in 2020 to support businesses from Bretagne to Pays de la Loire.

She was promoted to Of Counsel at Ogletree Deakins on 1 April 2025.

Marie advises French companies and subsidiaries of international groups in a wide range of sectors (pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, retail, technology, digital, property development, industry and banking, etc.). Marie has solid expertise in the various aspects of employment law, both individual and collective.

She has developed a particular affinity for managing disputes before the employment tribunals and assists clients in drafting collective agreements and internal policies, as well as in restructurings and closures. She also assists companies in setting up staff representation bodies, managing disciplinary procedures and conducting internal investigations into harassment and discrimination.
