Pascale Ernst joined Ogletree Deakins in 2021 as Of Counsel in the area of Social Security and Pensions.

Pascale advises and litigates on behalf of companies and their managers, professional sectors and institutional bodies. She advises both public and private companies on social security law, international mobility, pensions and pension funds.

With a dual legal education in France and the United States, Pascale began her career at Price Waterhouse Legal and Tax and then became Head of the Legal Department at Mercer (1997-2007), a consultancy specialising in compensation, social protection and personal insurance in France and internationally. She then joined Fidal from 2007 to 2014, where she was appointed Managing Partner of the Pensions and Benefits Department.

Pascale Ernst is a member of the Pensions and Provident Fund Commission of AvoSial and of the International Pension and Benefits Lawyers Association (Ipebla). She regularly gives lectures, training courses and webinars in French and English.

Pascale is also active in the academic world, teaching Master 2 courses at Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and Université Paris Dauphine. She has published articles in French and international legal journals. Recommended in the international guide Legal 500 EMEA, Pascale Ernst is listed in the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers in France in the category “Employee Benefits”.
