• Advising a French subsidiary of an international group specialising in advanced medical equipment on the implementation of a reorganisation project involving the introduction of a redundancy plan, and assisting the company in an interlocutory appeal brought by the works council before the President of the Court of First Instance.
• Advising the French subsidiary of an international IT group on the implementation of a reorganisation project affecting 60% of its workforce, including the implementation of a redundancy plan.
• Advising the French subsidiary of an international group specialising in the pharmaceutical sector on the successive implementation of projects to reorganise its sales force in France, including the implementation of a redundancy plan, and assisting the company in individual appeals before the administrative and judicial courts and in the negotiation of a collective agreement covering the GEPP.
• Advising the French subsidiary of an international group specialising in hygiene on the negotiation and implementation of a collective redundancy agreement.
• Advising the French subsidiary of an international group specialising in healthcare on the implementation of geographical mobility for some of its employees and on the implementation of a collective agreement on severance pay.
