Anne-Sophie Cepoi-Demouzon joined Ogletree Deakins as Counsel in January 2023.
She obtained a Master II in Labour Law at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, graduating at the top of her class,
Anne-Sophie has been a lawyer since 2013.
She advises companies on all aspects of employment law, covering both individual and collective issues.
She has in-depth knowledge of dealing with harassment, health and safety at work, pre-litigation cases (including negotiated redundancies, etc.) and setting up HR projects (working hours, negotiating collective agreements, etc.).
She has developed a solid expertise in complex individual and collective employment disputes.
She is also involved in cases relating to “occupational diseases” and “accidents at work”, assisting employers and employees.

Since October 2021, she has been organising “HR Afterwork” round tables in Bordeaux on current labour law and HR issues. She frequently lectures at universities.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Anne-Sophie worked for 5 years at the law firm Hogan Lovells and then for more than 4 years at the French law firm Karman Associés, where she has been Counsel since 2022.
