Anne-Sophie Cepoi-Demouzon

Anne-Sophie Cepoi-Demouzon joined Ogletree Deakins in January 2023 as Counsel.

Anne-Sophie Cepoi-Demouzon graduated with a Master II in Employment Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and has been an associate since 2013.

She advises companies on all aspects of employment law, both on individual and collective issues. She has a solid knowledge of managing harassment issues, pre-litigation files (negotiated departures, severance pay, etc.) and the implementation of HR projects (training policy, compensation, etc.).

She has developed a solid expertise in complex individual and collective litigation.

She frequently intervenes in cases related to “occupational diseases” and “work-related accidents” to assist companies in their relations with the CPAM or CRRMP or to represent them before the courts in the litigation phase.

Since October 2021, she has been organizing “HR Afterwork” round tables in Bordeaux on current employment law and HR issues. She is a frequent lecturer at universities.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Anne-Sophie practiced for 5 years with the law firm Hogan Lovells and then for more than 4 years with the French law firm Karman Associés, where she was Counsel since 2022.
