Nicolas Peixoto

• Employment law advice to a pension fund on individual relations (disciplinary, incapacity, teleworking, etc.) and collective labour relations (review of collective status, support for a company transfer, review and implementation of pay policy) and dispute management.
• Implementation, negotiation and execution of an RCC (affecting approximately 1,300 positions) and the concomitant implementation of a wage restraint policy in the form of a PSE (affecting 6,500 positions) – challenging existing agreements and applicable staff regulations, amending employment contracts – for a major French player in the management of airport terminals. Successfully managed related litigation before civil and administrative courts.
• Advising several CAC 40 companies on the implementation of their internal investigations into discrimination, harassment and whistleblowing, and conducting internal investigations.
• Providing and coordinating increased support to a French based American automotive supplier in relation to employee concerns in the areas of employability, health and safety in the implementation of a CCR followed by a PSE (covering approximately 120 positions) and the management of administrative disputes following the dismissal of protected employees.
• Advising and negotiating the establishment of a European Works Council with unions in several EU Member States and the establishment of a European Company Committee for a group of CAC 40 companies.
• Advising oil groups and industrial companies on the definition and implementation of site closure strategies.
• Advising on day-to-day issues for aerospace companies covered by the Metallurgical Industry Collective Agreement.
