• Providing enhanced support to an American automotive equipment manufacturer based in France on employee issues relating to employability, health and safety in the implementation of a CCR and then a PSE (covering some 120 positions) and the management of administrative disputes following the dismissal of protected employees.
• Advising French subsidiaries of a leading Japanese clothing retailer (store closures, restructuring of head office, individual litigation, etc.).
• Advising a French subsidiary of a leading international group in the manufacture and sale of bathroom fittings – site closure, takeover under the Florange law, management of group litigation challenging the economic motive.
• Advising an American listed group in the IT sector on the departure of several senior executives.
• Conducted internal investigations into reports of harassment, discrimination and sexist behaviour (cleaning sector, occupational health department).
• Advising and assisting a company specialising in the pharmaceutical sector in connection with a URSSAF inspection procedure.
• Drafting of collective agreements on working hours, profit-sharing and incentive schemes.
• Assisting and representing companies in disputes before the labour courts.
