Rafael Dezelee Roque joined Ogletree Deakins in January 2020.
Rafael advises French and international companies on various aspects of employment law, both on individual and collective issues. He also handles litigation cases.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Rafael worked in one of the largest French law firms specializing in labor law, and then in the Human Resources Department of a company specializing in the defense sector.
Rafael is fluent in French and English.
