Thibaud Lauxerois is a Senior Employment Lawyer at Ogletree Deakins, where he has been advising clients and handling litigation matters since 2019.
He advises French and international companies and institutions on all aspects of employment law, particularly in relation to senior executive career management, corporate restructurings, and collective labor relations with employee representative bodies and trade unions.
He also assists clients with a wide range of labor and HR compliance matters, including equal treatment policies, GDPR compliance, responses to employee data subject rights requests, internal investigations, whistleblowing systems, ethics charters, and remuneration policies in the banking sector.
In litigation matters, Thibaud represents clients before all courts and tribunals, particularly in sensitive disputes, including election-related litigation, mass claims, allegations of workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation against employees claiming whistleblower status, and corruption-related matters.
He is recognized as a “Leading Associate” in the Legal 500 EMEA guide in the “Employment – France” category and as a “Recommended Lawyer” in the “Employment” category of the Legal 500 Paris guide.
Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Thibaud spent two years practicing at an international business law firm and subsequently worked within the Human Resources Department of an investment bank.
