Thibaud LAUXEROIS has been an associate at OGLETREE DEAKINS since 2019. He provides counsel to both French and international companies and institutions on a wide range of employment law matters, encompassing both individual and collective aspects.
Thibaud’s expertise includes advising on procedures for terminating employment contracts, establishing businesses in France, and navigating the complexities of employment and social security law. In litigation, he represents major corporations before social security courts, particularly in cases involving the recognition of inexcusable employer fault, and advocates for companies in proceedings before the labor inspectorate.
Additionally, Thibaud advises companies on compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the protection of personal data, and the conduct of internal investigations.
Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Thibaud gained valuable experience working for two years at an international business law firm and subsequently in the human resources department of an investment bank.
