Thibaud Lauxerois joined Ogletree Deakins as an employment lawyer in 2019.
He advises French and foreign companies and institutions on various aspects of employment law, both individual and collective.
In particular, he advises on procedures for terminating employment contracts, setting up business in France and preparing for the challenges of employment and social security law. In litigation, Thibaud assists major groups before the social security courts, in disputes concerning the recognition of inexcusable fault on the part of employers, and represents companies before the labour inspectorate.
Thibaud Lauxerois also advises companies on compliance with the RGPD, the protection of personal data and the conduct of internal investigations.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Thibaud worked for 2 years in an international business law firm and then in the human resources department of an investment bank.
