Ogletree Deakins was founded in France in 2017 by lawyers from prestigious French and Anglo-Saxon law firms in Paris who wanted to bring together the best French expertise in employment law and provide excellent advice in a firm dedicated exclusively to the practice of employment law in France, Europe and the Americas. Ogletree Deakins has more than 950 lawyers in 55 offices around the world.
In addition to its headquarters at 58 bis, rue la Boétie in Paris, where its main activities are based, the firm has satellite offices in Nantes, Lyon and Bordeaux to serve its major French clients in their regional territories. Stage en rémunération et fiscalité personnelle – 2ème semestre 2025 (juillet – décembre)
Vous serez amené(e) à travailler sur des dossiers concernant l’ensemble des aspects de la fiscalité personnelle et patrimoniale (recherches, rédaction des consultations…
Offre de Stage en droit social : 1er semestre 2026 (janvier – juin)
Vous interviendrez dans le cadre de dossiers de PSE, de restructurations complexes, de négociations d’accords collectifs, d’enquêtes internes et de contentieux individuels et collectifs devant les conseils de prud’hommes, les Cours d’Appel, les juridictions administratives ainsi qu’en droit pénal du travail.
Stage en rémunération et fiscalité personnelle – 1er semestre 2026 (janvier – juin)
Au sein de l’équipe dédiée aux rémunérations et à la fiscalité personnelle, vous interviendrez auprès d’une clientèle française et internationale composée de personnes physiques, de groupes familiaux, de groupes cotés, de PME et de family offices…
