Jean-Marc Albiol is the founding Partner of Ogletree Deakins in France.

He provides strategic advice on numerous complex and sensitive matters including mergers & acquisitions and restructurings of French and international groups.

He regularly advises on issues related to employee representative bodies, collective dismissals, staff transfers, and he is also experienced in the setting-up of compensation policies. He has notably developed his expertise in the area of internal investigations of sensitive matters such as corruption and harassment within large French and international structures.

 

Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Jean-Marc was a partner at Hogan Lovells.

Jean-Marc is recognized in Labor and Employment Law by French national and international main rankings and awards as Chambers Europe, Legal 500 EMEA, Best Lawyers, Client Choice Awards where he has been the exclusive winner in the Employment & Benefits category for France. 

He also lectures on employment law at Paris II Panthéon Assas University.
