Jean-Marc Albiol is the founding partner of Ogletree Deakins in France, established in 2017.
An employment lawyer with more than 30 years of experience, his principal areas of expertise and practice include collective bargaining, corporate reorganizations and business transfers, social security law, and high-stakes collective and individual employment litigation, including whistleblower and discrimination matters.
He has developed particular expertise in internal investigations, conducting sensitive investigations for major French and international companies, particularly in relation to allegations of corruption and workplace harassment. In addition to his advisory and litigation practice, he regularly teaches employment law as part of the Master 2 DPRT program at Paris II University and is the author of numerous articles published in leading labor and employment law journals on key legal developments.
He is a frequent speaker at major national employment law conferences, including the Rencontres du Droit Social, the Assises du Droit Social, and the UIMM National Conferences.
